1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for accessing and using the Uplearny platform, available at uplearny.com and its subdomains.
Uplearny is a platform that enables content creators to create, host and sell online courses, coaching and training offers.

The platform is published by JRCOM DEV LP, a Limited Partnership registered
in the United Kingdom under number SL034783.

3. Acceptance of Terms
Using the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the service.
4. Registration and User Account
Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. All activity carried out from their account is their responsibility.
Account creation is possible via a registration form or via a third-party service (Google, Facebook). In the latter case, the terms of service of the third-party service also apply.
5. Description of the Service
Uplearny offers the following services:
- Hosting of online courses (videos, documents, quizzes).
- Management of coaching and mentoring programmes.
- Creation of sales offers with online payment.
- Website customisation for instructors.
The service is provided "as is". Uplearny reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Not use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms.
- Not publish content that infringes the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy).
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's computer systems.
- Comply with the legislation applicable to their activity as an instructor.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the Uplearny platform (design, code, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of JRCOM DEV LP and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Content published by users (courses, videos, documents) remains the property of their respective authors. By publishing on Uplearny, the user grants the platform a limited licence to host and distribute the content within the scope of the service.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Uplearny does not have access to the complete banking information of users. Pricing conditions are displayed on the platform and may be modified with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Uplearny makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service. However, the platform cannot be held liable for:
- Temporary interruptions of the service for maintenance or updates.
- The quality of content published by instructors.
- Indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
10. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time by contacting support or by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
Uplearny reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Edinburgh, Scotland.
12. Changes to the Terms
Uplearny reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
